Hailing from Manchester (UK), Transcode is a dynamic and highly talented producer / DJ. With
a passion for music and a thirst for audio perfection, his productions are diverse and
intelligent. Transcode’s sound leans towards energetic & deep, driven techno but he certainly
doesn’t limit his horizons, with an unquestionably unique ability to design deep and elaborate
tracks that ignore the generic rules and constraints of genres. Crossing over musical
boundaries is a must, with well crafted sounds, atmospheric soundscapes, weighted beats and
lush low end sonics in mind across all his compositions.

As a creative artist his work has been acknowledged and supported up by some of the most
prestigious labels and artists in the business. Recent support has come from a wide range of
tastemaker DJs, such as Eric Prydz, Maya Jane Coles, Joris Voorn, Alan Fitzpatrick, Carl Craig,
ANNA, Fur Coat, Wehbba, Shall Ocin, Andre Crom, Adrian Hour, Groove Armada, Adriatique,
Gardens Of God, Gorgon City & many more. His work has also been picked up by a host of
Radio djs including Anna Lunoe, B.Traits on BBC Radio 1 and Eric Prydz on his EPIC Radio
show.

With a top 20 hit in the Beatport Techno Top 100 and releases on revered labels such as Stil
Vor Talent & MTA Records, Transcode keeps pushing high quality music into the world and
